The President of Pakistan who was buried in Tehran, Iran is Iskandar Mirza.
After being ousted from power in 1958, Mirza went to London, where he lived until his death on November 13, 1969, and his body was flown to Tehran for burial.
His family was prevented from attending his burial by Yahya Khan.
