Explanation
Outer rectangle area = 45 × 35 = 1575 m²
Inner rectangle dimensions = (45 – 6) × (35 – 6) = 39 × 29 = 1131 m²
(3 m removed from each side → total 6 m from length & width)
Area of path = 1575 – 1131 = 444 m²
