Explanation

Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan earned his Ph.D. from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium.

He completed his doctoral studies in metallurgical engineering in 1972

 Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan is widely regarded as the "Saviour of Pakistan"

"Mohsin-e-Pakistan" (Savior of Pakistan).

He is colloquially known as the father of Pakistan's atomic weapons program.
