Explanation

Hazrat Zoaib bin Kalaib (RA) played a role in the spread of Islam, but the first person to bring Islam to Yemen was not him.

It was Hazrat Muadh ibn Jabal (RA) who was sent by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to Yemen to teach Islam and collect Zakat.

He was the first one to introduce Islam to the region.
