Explanation

Hydrogen and helium are the two lightest gases, both significantly lighter than air. 

Hydrogen: Considered the lightest gas.

Helium: Also lighter than air, but twice as heavy as hydrogen.

Air: Has a higher molecular weight than both hydrogen and helium.
