Humidity is the presence of water vapor in the atmosphere.

The higher the rate of temperatures, weather, and (hot) place tend to be the more water vapor rises into the air, and the more humidity that area is.

The lower the rate of temperatures, weather, and (cold) places tend to be the less water vapor rises into the air, and the less humidity that area is.
