Explanation

When oxygen tension is 115 mm of mercury, hemoglobin saturation is 100%. 

At high oxygen tensions (like 100 mm Hg and above), essentially all available hemoglobin binding sites are occupied by oxygen molecules, resulting in complete saturation.
