Explanation

In 9 Hijri, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) sent letters to the rulers of neighboring countries, including the Roman Emperor Heraclius, the Persian Emperor Khosrau, and others, inviting them to accept Islam and warning them of the consequences of rejecting the truth.
