Iran and China signed a strategic deal in Tehran on March 27, 2021.

This deal is called the Iran–China 25-year Cooperation Program or the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

The deal was signed by the Chinese and Iranian foreign ministers and includes investment in Iran's economy in exchange for a steady supply of oil.
