• The combined armies of Mir Qasim, Nawab of Bengal, and the Nawab of Awadh
• The Mughal Emperor Shah Alam II on 22nd October 1764.

The battle was a decisive victory for the British East India Company.
The war was put to an end by the Treaty of Allahabad in the year 1765.
