صفت کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے دو چیزوں کا موازنہ کرتے وقت، ہم صفت کی تقابلی شکل استعمال کرتے ہیں، جو اس صورت میں "لمبا" ہے۔  اس سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ اونٹ کا قد بکری سے زیادہ ہے۔
