Explanation

“Khateeb-ul-Ambia” means a person who delivers the sermon (khuṭbah) during the Friday prayer and Eid prayers

 Holy Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H.) called Hazrat Shoaib “Khateeb-ul-Ambia”   

“Speaker of Prophets" is also the title of Hazrat Shoaib because he was a very eloquent speaker.

His name is mentioned in the Quran 11 times.

Hazrat Shoaib AS was a divine prophet from the progeny of Ibrahim (A.S)

his mother was a daughter of Hazrat Lut (A.S).
