Hajj e Badal is that one:

حج بدل کیا ہے

Which one could not be performed last year

Which is performed for another person who can/could not perform it himself

In which Umrah is also intended

When instead of Hajj Umrah is performed

Hajj-e-Badal refers to the Hajj performed on behalf of another person

who is unable to perform it themselves due to illness, old age, or any other valid reason.
