Explanation

Angel Jibril (Gabriel) is referred to as "Rooh ul Ameen".

Hazrat Jibrail عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ is the Angel of Allah Almighty who used to bring down revelations to the Prophet.

The Holy Quran mentions Hazrat Jibreel (AS) by name only three times.

He is the chief angel.

His title is “Rooh” and “Rooh ul Ameen”.

“In this Night come down Rooh (Jibril) and angels under the command of their Lord for all the matters” (Sura Al Qadr).
