Explanation

The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F2 is used to display the print preview area in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint: 

Excel: Displays the print preview area on the Print tab in the Backstage view 

Word: Displays the print preview 

PowerPoint: Displays the print options
