With regards to assets derived from drugs, CNS Act prohibits following under section 12:

Acquire, Convert, Assign, transfer in his own name or in the name of any associate

Hold or possess on behalf of any other person

Control or disguise the true nature, source, location, movement, deposition,

CNS: Control of Narcotics Substances

CNS extends to: whole Pakistan

As per section 7, CNS Act, punishment for cultivation of Narcotic plants is: Up to 7 years, or fine or both
