Search arrest of persons and seizure of property

To that end, in accordance with orders made by the Federal Government, for the purposes of investigations or investigations under this Act, members of the Agency  have such powers throughout Pakistan, including those related to search, arrest  and seizure of persons. And. Privileges and responsibilities enjoyed by state police personnel in connection with the investigation of property and criminal offenses under such obligations, codes or  other laws currently in force.
