Explanation

Press Ctrl + X for moving text in MS office.

Ctrl + R = use for Align selected text to the right.

Ctrl + E = use for Align selected text to the centre.

Ctrl + J = use for Justify paragraph alignment.

Ctrl + L = use for Align selected text to the left.

Ctrl + Q = use for Align selected paragraph to the left.

Ctrl + S = to save a document.
