Explanation

Broad Peak is a mountain in the Karakoram on the border of Pakistan and China,

Broad Peak is the fourth highest mountain in Pakistan and the 12th highest in the world at 8,051 meters above sea level.

It was first ascended in June 1957 by Fritz Wintersteller and others of an Austrian expedition.
