Explanation

The Mamluk Dynasty was the first dynasty to reign, followed by the Khilji Dynasty, and then the Lodhi Dynasty.

Mamluk Dynasty

The first dynasty to rule the Delhi Sultanate, reigning from 1206–1290.

The Mamluk Dynasty was founded by Quṭb al-Dīn Aibak, a Mamluk (enslaved soldier) of the Muslim general and later sultan Muḥammad of Ghūr.

Khilji Dynasty

The second dynasty to rule the Delhi Sultanate, reigning from 1290–1320.

The Khilji Dynasty was founded by Jalal-ud-din Khalji, who took the throne by murdering the last Mamluk Dynasty ruler. 

Lodhi Dynasty

The first Lodī ruler was Bahlūl Lodī, who reigned from 1451–89.

Bahlūl replaced the last king of the Sayyid dynasty.
