Explanation

Pakistan established the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) in 1947 under the provisions of the Government of India Act of 1935.

The FPSC currently operates under the FPSC Ordinance of 1977.

The 1935 Act established a Public Service Commission for each province.

It also introduced provincial autonomy and federal features in the legislature.
