Explanation

Three main river systems:

1. دریائے سندھ کا نظام (The Indus River System)  

This vast river network originates in Tibet and flows through India and Pakistan, with major tributaries like the

• Jhelum
• Chenab
• Ravi
• Beas
• Sutlej

2. اندروی دریاؤں کا نظام (The Internal Rivers System)  

In southwestern Balochistan, some rivers, instead of flowing into the sea, terminate in lakes.

3. ساحلی علاقوں کے دریاؤں کا نظام (The Coastal Rivers System)  

 Flow directly into the Indian Ocean or the Arabian Sea
