If the district committee is found to have a majority of members who are not pious Muslims or who are engaged in political activity, the Chairman and members shall cease to hold office, and a new committee shall be appointed to take their place.
The provincial council shall investigate and take action against any committee members who are found to be neglecting their duties or misusing the Zakat funds.
