Lubna Saleem Pervez and Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar are both Pakistani jurists who have served as Justices of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Lubna Saleem Pervez

• The first female judge of the IHC since it was established in 2011.
• Born on February 14, 1965 
• Graduated from the University of Karachi in 1991 with an LLB degree.
• Worked as a lawyer in banking, corporate, commercial, and tax matters 

Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar

• Born on July 3, 1968
• Served as a Justice of the Lahore High Court from 2015 to 2025
• Appointed as Acting Chief Justice of the IHC in February 2025.
