Humayun recaptured Delhi in 1555, with the help of the Persian king Shah Tahmasp, after being in exile for 15 years.

In 1545, Humayun captured Kandhar and Kabul with Persian help.

Humayun defeated his brothers Kamran and Askari.

Humayun ruled from 1530 to 1540 and again from 1555 to 1556.
