Explanation

Justice Musarrat Hilali is set to become the first female chief justice of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) on April 1, 2023

after the retirement of the current CJ Qaiser Rasheed.

 She is the third woman to sit on the bench in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
