Nawab Mushtaq Ahmed Gurmani was the first Governor of West Pakistan, serving from October 14, 1955 to August 27, 1957.

Gurmani was also the last Governor of West Punjab, a province that was abolished in 1955 to create West Pakistan.

He was born in 1905.

He was died in 1981.
