Explanation

The Soon Valley is situated in the northwest of the Khushab district

Its largest settlement is the town of Naushera.

The valley extends from the village of Padhrar to Sakesar, the highest peak in the Salt Range.

The total area of the valley is about 737 square kilometers (182,173 acres), of which 75% is mountainous and 25% is plain.
