Any person who commits an offence under sections 11h, to 11k, shall be punishable on conviction with imprisonment:

For a term not less than 3 years and not exceeding 5 years and with 5000 fine

For a term not less than 5 years and not exceeding 10 years with no fine

For a term not less than 3 years and not exceeding 5 years with fine

For a term not less than 15 years and not exceeding 17 years

Explanation

Any person who commits an offence under sections 11h, to 11k, shall be punishable on conviction with imprisonment for a term not less than 5 years and not exceeding 10 years with no fine.
