Wide eyes and an open mouth are not typical signs of shock.

Signs of shock include pale, clammy skin, a rapid pulse, nausea and vomiting, cool or pale skin, shallow breathing, and a decrease in blood pressure.

If you suspect someone is in shock, call for medical help immediately.
