Explanation

• On 12 September 1965 during Indo-Pak War he embraced Shahadat while fighting bravely at Burki Lahore
• In 1950, he joined the Pakistan Army and was commissioned in the Punjab Regiment.
• Maj Aziz Bhatti Shaheed was born in Hong Kong in 1928 and moved to Pakistan before independence in 1947, settling in Ladiyan village of district Gujrat.
• The 57th Martyrdom Anniversary of Major Raja Aziz Bhatti Shaheed, Nishan-e-Haider, observed on 12 September 2022.
