the Prime Minister and cabinet members are chosen from parliament. 

Prime Minister cannot appoint more than 5 advisers

According to 18th amendment (Article 92(1).) Total strength of the cabinet does not exceed 11% of the total parliament members (Including Senate & National Assembly)
