Zulifqar Ali Bhutto introduced the 1973 constitution in Pakistan on August 14, 1973.

According to the 1973 constitution, the Provincial Assembly, National assembly, and senate elect the President.

Whereas the Prime Minister is elected by the only National Assembly.

According to the constitution 1973, the minimum age for the President of Pakistan: are 45 Years

The President is elected indirectly for a term of five years.
