Explanation

Zainab bint Al-Harith was a woman who lived in Khaybar, Arabia, in the early seventh century.

Zainab poisoned to  Holy Prophet (PBUH) at the time of the Conquest of Khyber in 6th A.H (628 A D) 

She poisoned the Prophet Muhammad (and his companion) with a lamb shoulder.
