لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِیْ رَسُوْلِ اللّٰهِ اُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَنْ كَانَ یَرْجُوا اللّٰهَ وَ الْیَوْمَ الْاٰخِرَ وَ ذَكَرَ اللّٰهَ كَثِیْرًاؕ(۲۱)

ترجمہ: کنزالایمان

بےشک تمہیں رسول اللہ کی پیروی بہتر ہے اس کے لیے کہ اللہ اور پچھلے دن کی امید رکھتا ہو اور اللہ کو بہت یاد کرے

سب سے پہلے ایمان لانے والے مسلمانوں میں سے ہیں اور

ایسے اکلوتے صحابی ہیں کہ جن کا نام قرآن مجید میں ذکر ہوا ہے

زید بن حارث رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کا ذکر قرآن مجید کی سورہ احزاب کی آیت نمبر 37 میں ہے
